BACOLOD City – Police caught 16 individuals engaging in illegal gambling in Barangay Don Jorge Araneta, Bago City, Negros Occidental.
The suspects were identified as Rommel Francisco, 45; Je-ar De la Cruz, 34; Alfredo Solis, 51; Johnny Basto, 40; Virile Colango, 54; June Udtuhan, 44; Willy Perez, 48,; Jeric Davido, 28; Jonathan Perez, 34; Willy Solis, 48; Resends Locsin III, 53; Joseph Labasan, 44; Dominice Francisco, 19; Roger Gomez, 53; Bryan De Los Santos, 37; and James Sichon, 53.
The suspects were arrested around 10:30 a.m. on Dec. 5, a police report showed.
Confiscated from their possession were P5,560 bet money; 10 live and five dead game fowls; six gaffs and gambling paraphernalia.
