Bacolod City – Charged with attempted homicide and theft, a man was nabbed in Barangay Cadiz Viejo, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
The 26-year-old Jeward Nacario of Barangay San Isidro, Calatrava, Negros Occidental was caught on the strength of two arrest warrants around 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 5, a police report showed.
Police officers served the warrants issued by Judge Jose Meno Ruiz of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court dated June 13 for attempted homicide and Oct. 17 for theft.
Nacario was detained in the lockup cell of the Calatrava municipal police station.
The court recommended a P36,000 bail bond for attempted homicide and P6,000 bail bond for theft charges that the suspect faces./PN
