BACOLOD City – Two persons were killed and four were injured in separate road mishaps last week in EB Magalona town and Cadiz City.
In EB Magalona, Richmark Pagaduan, 23, of Barangay 3, Poblacion, died after his motorcycle hit a stockpile of stones around 11:45 p.m. on Friday on the national highway of Hacienda Tinihaban, Barangay San Jose in the town.
Pagaduan sustained head and body injuries. He was declared dead on arrival at Teresita Jalandoni Provincial Hospital in Silay City.
His back rider, Wenceslao Bravo, was injured.
In Cadiz City, tricycle driver Renato Villaruel Dorado, 49, of Sitio Tukdo, Barangay Daga in the city, died on the spot after his tricycle collided with a cargo truck around 9 a.m. on Sunday in Barangay Luna.
His three passengers identified as Tessie Celubrico Barillo, Lolita De la Peña Celubrico, and Razel Mark Celubrico, were injured.
Investigation disclosed that Dorado made a left turn without a signal./PN
