BACOLOD City – Two drug suspects were caught in an entrapment operation in Barangay 33.
Police Station 6 head Chief Inspector Jovil Sedel identified the suspects as Reggie Locsin and Leo Celestial. Both were 33 years old.
Locsin and Celestial were arrested on corner Mabini-Rosario streets on Sept. 21, a police report showed.
Recovered from them were shabu valued at P17,000 and a tricycle, police said.
They were detained at the Police Station 6 lockup facility and facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
