BACOLOD City – Two men were caught snorting suspected shabu in Barangay 2, La Carlota City, Negros Occidental.
One of them was wanted for frustrated homicide – villager Gerald Politico Manalo, 30.
Officers found Manalo and Cris Alex Magbanua Benal, 18, of Barangay 23, Bacolod City in a “pot session” on Wednesday in a shanty owned by Alfonso Gonzaga.
Judge Mila D. Yap-Camiso of the Regional Trial Court Branch 63 (La Carlota City) issued on Nov. 27 an arrest warrant for frustrated homicide against Manalo.
Seven plastic packs of suspected shabu and drug paraphernalia were seized from the two.
Manalo and Benal will be charged with violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, police said./PN
