BACOLOD City – Police arrested two of the most wanted persons listed in the police station of Sipalay City, Negros Occidental.
They were 30-year-old James Vidal and his brother Eugene, a police report showed.
James was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant in Barangay Gil Montilla, Sipalay City on Monday, the report added.
Last week, Eugene, who was listed as the No. 3 most wanted person in the police station, was nabbed in Basay, Negros Oriental.
The Vidals were charged with murder, police said.
Judge Henry Arles of the Regional Trial Court Branch 61 in Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental issued the arrest warrant dated May 5, 2009.
The suspects were detained in the custodial facility of the Sipalay City police station.
No bail bond was recommended for their temporary liberty./PN
