BACOLOD City – Two women were robbed in Purok Manzano, Barangay West, Candoni, Negros Occidental, a police report showed.
Sharrevi Cantones and Airen Banares lost P10,000 cash and a cellphone to two robbers around 11 a.m. on Monday, it added.
According to the police, Cantones and Banares were riding a motorcycle when the suspects blocked their way with a bamboo pole.
The robbers then pointed gun at them and declared holdup, police said.
Officers of the Candoni municipal police station have yet to identify and catch the suspects who fled after the incident./PN
