ILOILO City – Around 2:50 a.m. on Monday, three drunken man found themselves inside the La Paz police station lockup cell.
According to Barangay Captain Maricon Sumpio of Alalasan, Lapuz district, the following were rowdy: Axcel Sagudo, 22, of Barangay Alalasan; Raymund Casio of Valeria Street, City Proper; and Clint Valdesco, 18, of Barangay Alalasan.
