ILOILO City – Three men were stabbed in a rumble in Barangay Taft North, Mandurriao district on Saturday night.
Edwin Corega, John Rey Peñaranda and Freddie Bayotas were rushed to the Western Visayas Medical Center for treatment, a police report showed.
According to the cops, Corega, Peñaranda and Bayotas engaged in a commotion against suspects Fernando Vargas and Jovert Francisco at around 11:10 p.m. on Jan. 5.
It was not immediately clear what triggered the fight.
Vargas and Francisco were arrested and detained in the lockup cell of the Mandurriao district police station./PN
