ILOILO City – Two firearms and ammunition were seized from a house in Barangay San Dionisio, San Rafael, Iloilo.
The owner, 30-year-old Michael Fernandez, did not have a license to possess the items. He was arrested, a police report showed.
Police said they searched his house around 9:52 p.m. on Sunday on the strength of a court-issued warrant.
They recovered a .45-caliber pistol, two magazines, ammunition, and a 12-gauge shotgun.
