CAPIZ – A 45-year old mother was found dead and naked, initially believed to have been raped, in Sitio Barosbos, Barangay Lonoy, Sapian, Capiz on Tuesday.
According to reports, the unnamed victim together with her daughter went out to the farm to harvest some ‘abalong’ for viand when her daughter parted way to get some tamarind.
The daughter went home ahead and eventually wondered why her mother was not home yet. She decided to return to the place where they harvested ‘abalong’ and found her mother already lifeless and naked with her underwear already beside her. The victim’s neck was also slashed and her face was hacked.
Police investigation continues to determine the identity of the suspects./PN
