BACOLOD City – Five persons were shot by unidentified motorcycle-riding men yesterday in Purok Sigay, Barangay 2.
Franklin Dadivas, 55, a resident of Barangay Estefania, Bacolod City sustained a gunshot wound on his lower right leg; Alfredo Mendoza, 30, a resident of Barangay 1, sustained a wound on his back; Harold Young, 47, sustained a gunshot wound on his left index; Jose Sin Coja, 37, sustained a gunshot wound on his right hand; and Noel Diaz, 50, sustained a wound on his stomach.
The victims reported to Police Station 2 that they were shot by a riding-in-tandem for unknown reasons. The suspects wore bonnets, they added.
The suspects fled after the incident./PN
