ILOILO City – A buy-bust targeting a labor yielded six sachets of shabu in Barangay Lanag, Santa Barbara, Iloilo.
The target, 41-year-old laborer Jerry Causing of Barangay Marapal, Lemery, Iloilo, was taken to the Santa Barbara police station.
The buy-bust was carried out around 8:25 p.m. on Tuesday. An undercover police officer bought from the suspect a sachet of shabu for P500.
Five more sachets were recovered from Causing.
The suspect faces a charge for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
