BACOLOD City – An argument led to a fistfight and the eventual stabbing of a resident of Barangay Refugio, Calatrava, Negros Occidental.
Jerson Cajucson, 26, was taken to the San Carlos Doctors’ Hospital in San Carlos City. He sustained stab wounds on the body.
Francisco Paghubasan, 47, of Barangay Patun-an, Calatrava fled after attacking Cajucson and remains at large as of this writing, police said.
Paghubasan had a heated argument with Cajucson around 8 p.m. on Sunday while the latter was binge-drinking with his father-in-law, investigation showed.
Police were unable to identify the weapon used./PN
