ILOILO City – A man was found dead in the river of Barangay Pungtod, Cabatuan, Iloilo.
The body of Hernando Caballero, 62, was recovered by residents around 8 a.m. on Saturday.
As of this writing, the Cabatuan police was still trying to find out the cause of Caballero’s death.
Caballero had a head injury.
He was last seen alive binge drinking with some friends the night before he was found dead./PN
