ILOILO City – Jalil Otto has been wanted for a year. He was charged with estafa.
Police finally arrested him in Barangay Manoc-manoc in Boracay Island.
The 25-year-old suspect, a native of Marawi City, was temporarily staying and working in Manoc-manoc, police said.
Judge Montalid Patnubay of the Regional Trial Court Branch 9 issued the warrant of arrest against the suspect and set the bail at P30,000.
The suspect was detained at the police station in mainland Malay town after his arrest around 2 p.m. on July 14./PN
