BACOLOD City – A man committed suicide in Barangay 1, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental.
The 26-year-old Teody Peñaflor tied a belt around his neck and hanged himself to a mango tree, a police report showed.
Resident Hanibal Magbanua found Peñaflor’s body around 12 noon on Tuesday and reported to the police.
Magbanua was supposed to tie his carabao when he discovered the body./PN
