BACOLOD City – Four suspects robbed a man and his daughter around 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday in Capitol Heights, Barangay Villamonte.
The 62-year-old Romeo Tagubilin and daughter Marichu, 33, were inside their car when the culprits smashed the driver’s seat window with a gun and declared holdup, a police report showed.
Romeo sustained a head injury.
The culprits took a blue shoulder bag containing the victims’ passbook, identification cards, cellular phones, a wallet with P1,000 cash, credit cards, and a bayong with P100,000 cash.
After the robbery, the suspects fled on board a dark blue car.
Senior Inspector Elmer Bonilla, Police Station 4 head, identified one of the suspects as Arnold Cuadra of Barangay 2.
Police have yet to apprehend the suspects./PN
