ILOILO City – A year after he was charged with robbery with homicide, a 19-year-old was arrested in Barangay Carigangan, Janiuay, Iloilo.
Police served Jason Ardiente of Barangay Panuran, Janiuay an arrest warrant issued by Judge Genelyn Faunillo-Tarol of the Regional Trial Court Branch 31.
Ardiente was detained at the Janiuay police station after his arrest around 4 p.m. on Aug. 4.
He will stay in detention pending the resolution of his case – Judge Tarol refused to set a bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
