ILOILO City – Police were still trying to find out how and why an epileptic woman ended up dead in a well in Barangay Union, Libertad, Antique.
Her neighbors found resident Joanne Patricio around 3 p.m. on Aug. 16.
She was last seen alive washing her clothes near the same well before she went missing, a police report showed.
Her worried neighbors looked for her, only to find her lifeless and floating in the well, police said./PN
