BACOLOD City – Marijuana was seized from a 19-year-old man when he was arrested for violating the anti-vandalism ordinance in Barangay 12, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Gerard Daza was caught spray-painting the wall of a water refilling station after a resident reported him on Aug. 29, a police report showed.
Confiscated from Daza were 12 sachets of marijuana, a tumbler containing marijuana, a sling bag, and P1,020 cash.
Daza was detained at the lockup facility of the Sagay City police station and faces charges for violation of City Ordinance 534 and the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
