BACOLOD City – About six unidentified men shot to death a farmer in Barangay Binobohan, Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental.
The 56-year-old Arcadio Jurado was pasturing his carabao near their house when the gunmen fired at him repeatedly around 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, a police report showed.
The suspects – who were wearing bonnets – fled after.
Jurado’s body was discovered by wife Milagros and reported to the police around 2:20 p.m. on the same day.
An autopsy will be conducted, police said.
Police have yet to determine the motive in the shooting./PN
