ILOILO City – An Iloilo Central Market vendor had a drunken man arrested.
George Mosquera, 36, of Barangay Tanza Ezperanza, City Proper was detained at Police Station 1, a police report showed.
Lydia Delapaz, 53, of Barangay San Juan, Molo district was tending to her kiosk along Aldeguer Street, City Proper around 5 p.m. on Sept. 10 when Mosquera appeared in front of her, the report stated.
Mosquera then shouted at the top of his voice, “Hulata niyo lang makagwa ako kay patyon ta kamo,” police said.
Disturbed, Delapaz sought assistance from police officers, who accosted Mosquera./PN
