ILOILO City – A neighbor complained about an intoxicated resident of Jaro district for creating alarm and scandal, a police report showed.
Edgar Cantara, 53, told the police he was awakened by Manuel Yorac, 39, at around 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday when the latter yelled and challenged him to a fight.
Cantara said Yorac stood outside his house in Barangay Simon Ledesma, Jaro and shouted, “Guwa da Edgar, inaway ta! Diputa ka, guwa da, inaway ta,” the police report stated.
