BACOLOD City – A murder suspect was arrested in Barangay Dulao, Bago City, Negros Occidental.
Operatives from the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group led by Chief Inspector Rey Cuanico caught resident Ariel Balbona, 42, at around 4:55 p.m. on Wednesday.
They served him a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Francis Villena Guanzon of the Regional Trial Court Branch 62 and detained him at the Bago City police station custodial facility.
Guanzon did not set a bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty./PN
