BACOLOD City – After pointing a gun at other customers in a bar in Cadiz City, Negros Occidental, a man was arrested, a police report showed.

The 45-year-old Albert “Toto” Ayono of Purok Narra 5, Barangay Tinampaan, Cadiz City was arrested at around 12:19 a.m. yesterday inside 2Lips Disco Bar on Arellano Street in Barangay Zone 4, Cadiz City, the report further stated.

Employees at the bar reported Ayono to the police leading to the arrest.

Recovered from Ayono’s possession were a .45-caliber firearm with serial number 115732 loaded with six live bullets and a chamber with one bullet.

Ayono was detained at the Cadiz City police station lockup facility and facing charges for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act./PN
