ROXAS City – A suspected drug pusher was arrested in a buy-bust operation in this capital city.
On Thursday, the 31-year-old resident Glenn Cabalo was caught after selling shabu to an undercover Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) officer for P500.
Recovered from Cabalo’s possession were five more sachets of shabu, a PDEA spot report showed.
Cabalo was under PDEA’s monitoring after he surrendered during the Philippine National Police’s antidrug campaign, or Operation Tokhang.
Roxas City prosecutors charged Cabalo yesterday for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
He was currently detained at the Roxas City police station lockup facility./PN
