ILOILO City – The man who stabbed him ran away, a resident of Sitio Matawhay, Barangay Tabuc Suba, Jaro district told the police.
Errol Caro, 46, accused a fellow villager of stabbing him with a pair of scissors.
He was sitting at a store at around 10 a.m. on Saturday when Jaymart Anastacio, 29, attacked him, Caro reported to the police.
Caro sustained a stab wound on the left chest. He did not know what prompted Anastacio to stab him, a police report showed.
Anastacio fled after the incident.
Police referred the dispute to the barangay lupon./PN
