ILOILO City – Police officers arrested an inebriated resident of Barangay Divinagracia, La Paz district.
Michael Tolosa, 33, was acting unruly and thereby disturbing the villagers at around 4 p.m. on Sunday, a police report showed.
Responding officers on patrol accosted Tolosa and turned him over to the La Paz police station.
Tolosa was detained in the station’s custodial facility./PN
