BACOLOD City – A drunken man stabbed another in Purok Lubi, Barangay Montilla, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental, a police report showed.
The 18-year-old Justine Camparida stabbed the 29-year-old Eddie “Ontoy” Reformado around 8 p.m. on Monday, the report further stated.
Jenelyn Barcenal, Reformado’s sister, reported the incident to the Moises Padilla police station around 10:30 a.m. the next day.
Reformado died of stab wounds on the different parts of the body, police said.
Initial investigation revealed that Reformado was creating alarm and scandal when he entered Camparida’s house.
Camparida and his friends were having a drinking spree that time, said the police.
Reformado then suddenly hit Camparida with a banana shoot he uprooted. Camparida retaliated by stabbing him.
