BACOLOD City – A 16-year-old boy charged with possession of illegal drugs has been arrested in Barangay 2.
Police Station 2 officers served the boy a warrant of arrest in the village on Wednesday.
The boy was accused of violating Section 11 of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, police said.
Judge Philadelfa Pagapong-Agraviador of the Regional Trial Court Branch 43 issued the warrant on May 17, 2017 yet.
The bail bond has been set at P200,000.
The Social Development Center took the boy in custody./PN
