ILOILO City – Around a gram of suspected shabu was seized in a buy-bust operation yesterday in Barangay Tanque Ilaya, Roxas City.
Drug pushing suspect Noe “Tabo” Bito-on was arrested.
Bito-on was facing charges for violation of sections 5 (sale) and 11 (possession) of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
With an estimated market value of P5,000, the seized substance was contained in five plastic packs, a police report showed.
Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region 6 operatives staged the operation at around 12:30 p.m./PN
