ILOILO City – A family has “orally defamed” her, a resident of Barangay Lapuz Norte, Lapuz district claimed.
Eden Grace Alfeche, 26, was in a chapel settling a “case” with the family patriarch when Rodolfo “Badong” Magrare III, 27, told her, “Akusar ka to nga gaga ka kay atubangon ta ka, kabutigon sa imo,” she told the police.
Magrare’s mother, Yarde, pointed a finger at her and shouted at the top of her voice, “Dugay na ako gadumot sa imo!” Alfeche alleged.
Alfeche further claimed that the father, Rodolfo Jr., did the same while yelling at her, “Ari ho, eksplekaran ta ka. Kabutigon sa imo, gabusong ka pa naman. Kabay pa gabaan ka.”
Alfeche had the incident recorded at the La Paz police station.
It was not expressly indicated in the blotter what the “case” they were trying to settle was about.
The Magrares cannot be reached for comment as of this writing.
That incident at around 6:30 p.m. on March 8 made her feel nervous and scared, the complainant told the police./PN
