BACOLOD City – Charged with rape, a man was arrested in Sitio Manaol, Barangay Quintin Remo, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental.
He was identified as resident Wilson Sinahon, listed as the No. 2 most wanted person in the Moises Padilla police station.
Sinahon was caught around 6:30 a.m. on Monday on the strength of an arrest warrant that Judge Francisco Rodriguez of the Regional Trial Court Branch 63 in La Carlota City, Negros Occidental issued on Oct. 8, 2008.
Sinahon was detained at the Moises Padilla police station lockup facility.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
