ILOILO City – Two people wanted for theft charges were arrested in two towns in Iloilo province on Tuesday, a police report showed.
Police caught the 50-year-old Rosario Sarabia of Barangay Caninguan, Lambunao, Iloilo at 8:55 a.m.
Officers served her a warrant of arrest in her house.
The court set the bail bond for her temporary liberty at P30,000.
Several minutes later the 48-year-old Honorato Tabion of Barangay Bolong Este, Santa Barbara was arrested, too.
Police served him a warrant of arrest in his house as well.
Tabion will have to shell out P6,000 as bail bond for his temporary liberty.
Sarabia was detained at the Lambunao police station while Tabion was hauled to the Santa Barbara police station custodial facility.
It was not immediately clear as of this writing if the suspects have posted bail./PN
