ILOILO City – A resident of Barangay Handumanan, Bacolod City was caught in an antidrug operation in Barangay Cabugao Norte, Pavia, Iloilo on Tuesday.
The 24-year-old Richard Decripito was detained at the Pavia police station, a police report showed.
Decripito sold a sachet of shabu to an undercover officer for P500 at 5 a.m.
Ten more plastic packs of the same substance were seized from him, stated the police report.
