ILOILO City – A man who was believed to have committed suicide was found dead in Barangay Lanit, Jaro district.
He was 42-year-old Roque Postolero, a police report showed.
Postolero was found hanging inside his uncle’s house around 1:55 p.m. on Sept. 13, the report added.
Police ruled out foul play in the incident./PN
