Bacolod City – Charged with child abuse, a man was arrested in Barangay Bulanon, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
The 49-year-old resident Johnny Dugenio was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 1:15 a.m. on Dec. 1, a police report showed.
Police officers served the warrant issued by Judge Reginald Fuentebella of the Regional Trial Court Branch 73 in Sagay City dated Nov. 21.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Sagay City police station.
An P80,000 bail bond was recommended for Dugenio’s temporary liberty./PN
