ILOILO City – A 32-year-old man was hacked by his brother in Barangay Pungsod, Lambunao, Iloilo.
Resident Reonil Sibag was recuperating at the Western Visayas Medical Center in Mandurriao district. He sustained multiple hack wounds on the body, a police report showed.
Rey Mark Sibag, 21, allegedly attacked his older brother Reonil after a heated argument ensued between them around 10 a.m. on Jan. 7. But it was not immediately established what triggered the altercation.
Officers of the Lambunao police station conducted a manhunt operation against the suspect, who fled after the incident./PN
