ILOILO City – He was walking along the road in Barangay Batuan, Pototan, Iloilo when a van hit him.
Pio Petisme Jr. of Barangay Fernando Parcon Ward, Pototan died in a crash, a police report showed.
He sustained fatal injuries on the head and body, it added.
According to police investigation, the incident happened around 3 a.m. on Jan. 20.
Officers of the Pototan police station have yet to identify the suspect, who fled after the incident./PN
