I’M AN old T-shirt guy.
Meaning, I like wearing old T-shirts until I cannot wear them anymore.
I mostly wear out all my clothes, and shoes.
But I also have fancy silk smoking jackets, if I feel writerly, and superior.
Often, when I am alone in my house, I am just in my oversized T-shirts and boxer briefs.
But when I am entertaining, or when I feel like an evening of wine, and listening to opera music, I wear my smoking jacket.
Of my red carpet wardrobe, my favorite is my purple brocade suit.
It’s my favorite not only because I look gorgeous in it, I also like the color, and I designed it myself.
If my Swarovski-encrusted suit is not 8 kilograms heavy, it would be my favorite, too.
But only because it is stunning, and my hands down most expensive suit!

I’m not usually a repeater of my mistakes.
Or, most importantly, I don’t make stupid grand mistakes that I should remember not to do them again.
Believe me, I am a fast learner from my mistakes, or even from other people’s mistakes.
Then again, there are small mistakes that I do again and again.
Like falling in love with the wrong person.
But that’s only if I think that falling in love is a mistake.
Because honestly, sometimes I think it is, and sometimes, I think it is not.
When one is so happy falling in love, how is that a mistake?
If that is a big error, how can I commit such mistake only once?

While HIV treatments have been effective, and people with AIDS are now living longer, I still look forward to the cure for AIDS, and maybe an HIV vaccine, in the next 15 years.
I’m currently on Truvada (emtricitabine and tenofovir disoproxil fumarate) tablets as a pre-exposure prophylaxis (Prep) against HIV.
I am also a proud condom carrying-individual.
And I love sex in whatever form it comes to me.
But until I find a monogamous boyfriend, I’m not comfortable going bareback.
I think I like sex without so many contraptions (like condoms and whatever else) so I’m wishing for HIV vaccines, and cures for AIDS.
But until then, I try to deal with sex smartly.
I pity those who can’t.

I still haven’t checked Machu Picchu off my bucket list so that’s probably the first place I would explore if I woke up tomorrow and everyone else in the world was gone.
You would think I’d go to the Pentagon, or the White House, or even the Buckingham Palace, and the Vatican to explore things when everyone else in the planet is gone.
But I’m not that kind of person.
I am not nosy about big secrets that do not really matter to me, and to the common people.
I go where I want to go.
Now, if this question does not need a very specific answer, it really doesn’t matter where I go after everyone else is gone.
I don’t live for deadlines, and lists to live by.
I love lists. I love deadlines.
They make life easier for me.
My lists can be long, and exhaustive.
But I don’t let them rule my life.
I have a bucket list; and obviously, I have a deadline, which equals to a death line.
But it is okay for me both not to check off everything, or to check off everything sooner.
I am not anal about the lists, and deadlines, that I make for myself.
I like that I’m able to do so many things because of my lists and deadlines.
But I won’t stress myself over things of which I do not have control. (500tinaga@gmail.com/PN)
