ILOILO City – He was found dead floating in a river.
Farmer Roldolfo Espinosa Jr. of Barangay Badu, Calinog, Iloilo was believed to have drowned in a river in Barangay Gines Viejo, Passi City, a police report showed.
Already in the state of decomposition, Espinosa’s remains were discovered around 9 a.m. on Aug. 20, it added.
His body was brought to a local mortuary for a “post-mortem” examination.
Officers of the Calinog police station have yet to rule out foul play in the incident./PN
