ILOILO City – Police arrested a man in Barangay Napti, Batan, Aklan.
The 20-year-old resident Mark John Caldia was nabbed around 6:30 a.m. on Aug. 19, a police report showed.
His apprehension followed after barangay officials caught him carrying seven roosters that 43-year-old Arlene Andrade-Matias – also resident of the village – reported missing.
Caldia was taken to the Batan municipal police station./PN
