BACOLOD City – Police nabbed a man facing a rape charge in Barangay Sta. Cruz, Murcia, Negros Occidental.
Dindo Carisma, 36, single, of Purok Zone 2 in the said village was caught around 11:45 a.m. on Oct. 13.
The Murcia police staged Carisma’s apprehension on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Maritess Gumahin of the Regional Trial Court Branch 51 in Bacolod City dated July 20, 2020.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of the municipal police station.
A P120,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
