BACOLOD City – Charged with robbery with homicide, a 32-year-old man was nabbed.
Policemen served Antonio Mahinay an arrest warrant in Barangay Enclaro, Binalbagan, Negros Occidental.
Mahinay was accused of committing the crime in Barangay Aguisan, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.
He was taken to the Himamaylan City police station where he was detained after his arrest around around 2:10 p.m. on Oct. 13.
Judge Walter Zorilla of the Regional Trial Court Branch 56 issued the warrant dated Oct. 8, 2020.
He did not grant the suspect bail./PN
