BACOLOD City – A wanted drug personality was arrested in Barangay 1, La Carlota City, Negros Occidental yesterday.
The 38-year-old James Gan, resident of the city’s Barangay 2, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant, police said.
Judge Mila Yap-Camiso of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 74 of La Carlota City, Negros Occidental ordered Gan’s arrest with no bail recommended.
When frisked, six sachets of suspected shabu and dried marijuana leaves were recovered from the suspect.
He was brought to the La Carlota City police station lockup facility./PN
