BACOLOD City – A 29-year-old man was accused of stealing electrical cables at a milling company in Barangay Purisima, Manapla, Negros Occidental.
Rodel Zabala was taken to the municipal police station at around 3:25 a.m. on May 16.
Security guards Gilbert Divinito and Junmar Bintad caught the suspect, police said.
A 40-meter long electrical cable worth P7,200 was recovered from Zabala’s possession./PN
