ILOILO City – Facing qualified theft charges, a wanted man in Banga, Aklan was arrested.
Philio Bayles, 42, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 2:45 p.m. on May 16 in Barangay Cagbang, Oton, Iloilo, police said.
The suspect was taken to the Banga police station.
A P40,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
