BACOLOD City – Two persons were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Singcang-Airport.
They were residents Alejandro Tagobader Jr., 41, and Jovy Rubaton, 41, police said.
Elements of the City Drug Enforcement Unit of the Bacolod City Police Office apprehended them around 11:30 p.m. on May 18.
Recovered from their possession were six sachets of suspected shabu worth P42,500 and P500 marked money.
The suspects were detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 8.
They would be charged with violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
