ILOILO City – A decomposing body was found in Barangay Mambiranan Pequeño, Passi City, Iloilo.
Fifty-two-year-old Juvy Barbero, a farmer, was discovered by residents around 10 a.m. on May 24.
Police have yet to ascertain the cause of Barbero’s death./PN
